Privacy
What we collect
When you contact us we keep your name, email address, business name and whatever you write to us. When you buy a plan, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your card or bank details and your billing address; we see the last four digits, the billing name and the outcome, never the full card number. When you become a client we collect what the work requires: your business address and phone number, photos and recordings you give us, access you grant to your Google Business Profile and Google Ads accounts, and call logs from the tracking number we set up for you.
Recordings of your voice
If your plan includes episodes read in a clone of your voice, we make that clone only with your written consent, only from recordings you provide or make with us, and only for content published under your business name. You can withdraw consent at any time by email and we delete the clone and stop producing new audio within five business days. Voice models are held at ElevenLabs under their terms, and we do not use your voice for any other client or purpose.
How we use it
To deliver the service, bill you, answer you, send you your monthly report, and improve what we do. We send email about your account and, if you opted in, occasional email about local marketing; every message carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the vendors that make the service run.
Vendors we rely on
Stripe for payments, Google for Workspace email, Business Profile and Ads, Cloudflare for hosting, ElevenLabs and Suno for audio, Transistor for podcast hosting, CallRail for call tracking, and Klaviyo for email. Each holds only the data its job needs and each is bound by its own privacy terms.
Prospects we contact
If we emailed you before you ever heard of us, we found your business through public listings such as Google Maps and your own website. We send a small number of plain emails, each with a working unsubscribe link and our contact details. Reply "stop" or use the link and you will not hear from us again. We do not send marketing text messages to anyone who has not asked for them in writing.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting page analytics that do not identify you. The private demo pages we build for prospects record whether the page was opened and the audio played, so we know whether to follow up.
Keeping and deleting
We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for seven years after for tax and accounting, then delete them. Prospect records we delete after twelve months of no reply. Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you; we answer within ten business days.
Children
This is a service for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email active clients before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page.
